Live workshop · 20 September 2026

Not another AI talk.

Two hours, live, with the two people who've run more than 50 of these for New Zealand businesses. You'll leave knowing which parts of your operation AI should touch first, which parts to leave alone, and what it would genuinely cost to do it properly.

Who this is for

This is for you if.

You run a business with a team, probably 20 people or more. Your people are using ChatGPT or Claude in pockets, and nothing has changed on the P&L. You've been told to "do something with AI" and you'd like that something to survive contact with a Monday. You don't want a tool list. You want to know what's worth doing, in what order, and what it costs.

If you're after someone to promise you an AI brain by lunchtime, this isn't it. Two hours is not enough time to transform a business. It is enough time to work out which three things are worth doing, and which twenty aren't.

The session

What we cover.

01

Where AI actually earns its keep inside a business your size, and the four places it reliably doesn't. We'll unwind the hype cycle while we're at it.

02

Ten-plus tools run live against real problems, not demos. You'll watch the work happen and you'll do some of it yourself in the room.

03

How to tell a task from a job. AI can write the LinkedIn post. It cannot decide what your business should be saying. Getting that line right is the whole game.

Outcomes, not notes

What you walk away with.

01

A one-page "next moves" doc for your business: three things to try this week, and what to ignore.

02

A custom GPT or automation you built during the session, not a handout you'll read later.

03

An honest read on which of your workflows are worth building software around, and which just need a decision.

04

Real numbers on what a build costs and how long it takes, from people who ship them every week.

05

The recording, so the people who couldn't make it can catch up.

Credentials

A delivery partner on the Government's AI Advisory Pilot.

The AI Advisory Pilot is an MBIE programme delivered through the Regional Business Partner Network. Eligible New Zealand businesses can have half the cost of expert AI support co-funded, up to $15,000. Incredible is one of a small group of providers delivering that work, and we were working with roughly ten of the first fifty businesses on the programme.

We'll explain how it works on the day, including whether your business is likely to qualify and who to talk to. Applications go through your Regional Business Partner, not through us.

$15,000 co-funding cap

The Government pays up to half

Co-funding of up to 50% of eligible AI advisory costs, capped at $15,000 per business. The pilot was expanded from 50 businesses to 150 and extended to 31 January 2027.

The maths

What $195 gets you.

Our in-house team workshop runs at $295 a head with a minimum room. This is the same material, live and online, at a price a single curious CEO can justify without a business case.

Your one-page "next moves" doc$80
The custom GPT you build in the room$60
Session recording, yours to keep$40
A free 30-minute demo for your wider team$0

One seat covers one person. If you want the whole leadership team in, talk to us about running it onsite instead.

Proof

The same thinking, in the real world.

We don't teach a framework we don't use. Everything in the session comes out of work we've shipped for New Zealand businesses this year.

1 to 2 min

Quote prep, down from 60+

A mobile-first quoting app for field reps. They now close deals in the room with the customer instead of going back to the office.

Tennant · Industrial cleaning equipment

15+ hrs

Freed every week

An AI layer watching three systems and keeping them honest. Week-long billing cycles became same-day.

Vertosa · Beverage distribution

125+

Apps shipped

Twenty years of building software, 50+ workshops delivered, and about 350 businesses through the room. We turn down roughly a quarter of the projects we're offered.

Who's running it

Your hosts.

Not a facilitator reading someone else's slides. Both co-CEOs are in the room for every session, which is also why there are only so many of them.

Matt Browning

Co-CEO · Technical

Twenty years in technology with two businesses built and sold along the way. Leads the technical team and was profiled by the NZ Herald as an AI trailblazer. No religious preferences about which tool wins.

Stephen Johnson

Co-CEO · Product

A software background spanning Fortune 50 companies and Y Combinator startups. Spends most of his week inside other people's operations working out which problems are worth solving and which are noise.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do I need to know how to code?
No. Nobody in the session will write code, including us. The tools we use are the ones your team already has access to, and the point is to work out where they belong, not to turn you into an engineer.
Which AI tools do you use?
Ten or more across the session, including ChatGPT, Claude, Glide and a few others depending on what the room needs. We don't have a favourite and we're not reselling anything. If the answer for your business is a tool we don't use, we'll say so.
Will there be a recording?
Yes, included in the ticket and yours to keep. Plenty of people register, watch live, then send the recording to the two people who needed to see it most.
Is this going to end in a sales pitch?
No. We'll tell you what we do at the end because people ask, and then we'll stop. We turn down about a quarter of the projects we're offered, so we're genuinely not trying to sign everyone in the room. If the honest answer is that you don't need us yet, you'll hear that instead.
How is this different from a free AI webinar?
Most of those are a slide deck and a hope. This one is run by the people who then have to build the thing and keep it running, which changes what we're willing to promise you. We won't tell you AI replaces your team, and we won't build you an AI brain in two hours, because nobody can.
Can my whole team come?
Seats are per person for the online session. If you want the whole team hands-on with examples from your own workflows, our onsite Essentials workshop is built for that, from $295 a head, and it's the format we've honed over 50+ sessions.
What happens after the workshop?
Most people take the "next moves" doc and try a few things for a fortnight. If you want to go further, we'll talk about an AI Roadmap or a build, and whether the Government's AI Advisory Pilot could cover half of it. No pressure either way.
